Admissions
Leweston Prep accepts girls from age 7 to 11. Most of the pupils will have come up through the school's own Pre-Prep but children are accepted into any year group as long as there is space available for them.
The first step for families interested in Leweston is to contact the school Registrar. She will answer any questions you may have, take your details such as names, address and age of your child, then send you a prospectus and if you would like, arrange a mutually convenient time for you to visit the school. All families interested in joining Leweston Prep are encouraged to visit the school and meet with the Head, Mrs Mary Allen. When you come for your visit Mrs Allen will greet you and, over tea or coffee, discuss your child's education, what you want out of our school and what we can provide. Following this Mrs Allen will take you on a tour of the school and grounds where you will see the classrooms, meet the children and staff of the school and see as many of our facilities as we can fit in, e.g: the Chapel, Junior Boarding House, Design and Technology Block, Dining Hall, Astroturf, Tennis Courts, Sports Hall and Belvedere.
