Performing Arts

All pupils from years 3 to 6 have Performing Arts lessons during the week involving dance, drama and music.  Years 5 and 6 are encouraged to audition for our major musical theatre production at the end of the summer term and all pupils are involved on stage and some attend a stagecraft day to make props and scenery. In addition to the musical, there are performances at Christmas and Easter which take place in the school theatre.  Recently, the girls enjoyed an African dance workshop and years 5 and 6 went on an overnight trip to London to see Joseph and His Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat.
