Leweston Raises Money for Local Charity; Weldmar
Leweston was delighted to present Caroline Nickinson, Director of Fundraising at Weldmar Hospicecare Trust, with a cheque for £1,500 on Monday.
The money was raised by Leweston’s ever popular Living & Christmas Fair which took place in November 2011. Proceeds were divided between Weldmar and Leweston’s own Building for the Future Campaign.
Margo Liddle, Leweston Society Manager commented. “We are delighted to be supporting Weldmar once again this year. We hope that the funds raised will continue to assist the incredible work that Weldmar does to support people in Dorset who are affected by cancer or other life-limiting diseases.”
