Leweston Relays 2008

Two hundred and sixty athletes from 65 teams braved the muddy conditions on Wednesday when they took part in the Leweston Relays. The race was held over a 2400 meter course around the school grounds and adjacent. 

In the Senior Girls Race the Leweston team if Poppy Booth, Chloe Taylor, Sophie Hawkins and Siobhan Stewart finished 2nd out of 28 teams with the Leweston B team finishing in a respectable 4th place.
 
In the Minor Girls Race (Year 6 and below) the A team of Isabella Shuldham, Maggie Cooper, Charlotte Radford and Lucy Gray finished as champions out of the 15 teams with Isabella Shuldham winning the fasted lap. The B team finished an excellent 3rd place.
