The pupils at Leweston are introduced to French from Nursery. During the Early Years the children learn through finger rhymes, action songs, stories and games. These encourage the development of accurate repetition and listening skills together with confidence in speaking.
The topics covered include myself and my family, the body, my house, my toys, my clothes, animals and mini beasts.
