Leweston Prep receives a Glowing Report from the Independent Schools Inspectorate
Leweston Prep School has received a glowing inspection report as a result of the Independent Schools Inspection last November. The report was full of praise in all the areas it inspected and acknowledged the school’s particular success at meeting its aims of encouraging each individual to succeed in their learning and to reach their full potential.
Leweston Prep was commended for the outstanding extra-curricular programme on offer and for the level of the pastoral care provided, with the report describing the school as having ‘a genuinely warm family atmosphere where everyone is made to feel welcomed and valued’. The spiritual, moral, cultural and social development of pupils was also highlighted as being exceptional.
The report concluded that Leweston Prep succeeds in providing a rich ‘educational experience delivered by caring and committed teaching staff’’ and commented that the pupils’ enthusiasm and enjoyment in lessons was infectious.
