Pre-Prep Music Maestros
The Pre Prep Concert on Tuesday this week was a great success! Thank you to Mrs Robotham for all her hard work, and to the children who gave an amazing and enjoyable performance.

The Pre-Prep music concert started with 2 songs from Reception, Yr 1 and Yr 2, which they sing with Mrs Robotham in the Pre-Prep Choir. Angharad J and Olivia R both played lovely piano solos before Nursery entertained us with 2 songs “Teddy Bear Teddy Bear and The Dingle Dangle Scarecrow”.
Olivia Ryan and Isabelle Bridge played 2 duets on their recorders. They have obviously been practising hard! Reception and Year 2 performed a lovely piece, “Silly old Man” with Reception singing and Yr 2 playing the Glockenspiels.
Mrs Jones’ Recorder group gave their first performance of “Au Clare De La Lune,” which they should be very proud of!
Alice Pope played a lovely piano duet with Mrs Robotham and Emilia Hazel amazed us all by playing “Little Things” on the piano and singing along too!
Finally Reception, Yr 1 and Yr 2 ended the concert with “The Traffic Light Song” and “The Sad Story of Johnny”. I think that everyone who took part should give themselves a pat on the back! Well Done!
