Notes

* The cost of employing peripatetic staff has risen steeply over the last few years, with the result that the school has not been covering its overheads on Music lessons. The cost of Music lessons has therefore had to increase by a higher percentage than other fees this year.

Parents must give a full term’s notice, in writing to the Headmaster, of a girl’s withdrawal from school or for a change from full boarding to weekly boarding or day school, or from weekly boarding to day school, otherwise one term’s fees must be paid in lieu of notice. Parents must give a full term’s notice in writing when an optional extra is to be stopped, or if there is a change from solo to shared classes or vice versa.

At the end of each term, details of expenditure will be sent and parents will be asked to settle their account, in full, by the first day of the next term.

If payment is not made by the 1st day of term, the Governors reserve the right to charge interest at 4% above the Lloyds Bank base rate in effect on the first day of term.

Details of paying by monthly direct debit, under a separate contractural arrangement, are available on request from the Bursary.
