Taster Days
As part of the admissions process Leweston strongly recommends that prospective pupils should spend a day or in the case of boarding, two days including a sleep over, with the class they will join. Throughout the day visiting girls will be accompanied by a member of school who will look after them and take them to and from lessons and activities.
Activity Day for registered students
Every year Leweston Senior School runs an activity day in the autumn term for girls that have registered, or who are considering joining us, in the following September.
The day provides the girls with an opportunity to meet other pupils who will be joining at the same time, as well as allowing them the opportunity to engage in a range of activities including Science, Maths, English, a short sports tournament and music and arts events. This day is not a substitute for a Taster Day but an opportunity to become more familiar with Leweston School. For parents considering boarding as an option, either on a full or weekly basis, we arrange for their daughters to be able to stay the night and be collected after breakfast on the following day.
