PHSE
Every girl in the school studies a programme of Personal Health and Social Education to compliment her academic subjects. The PHSE programme covers themes such as personal relationships, current affairs, health education, environmental and social issues and citizenship.
Outside speakers are often invited to join some of PHSE lessons but they also involve a great deal of discussion work and activities such as role-play. The programme is often linked to particular areas of study, charities or awareness days.
Student input is encouraged and topics which are of particular interest to the girls can be included.
