Leweston Tops School League Tables
This year’s outstanding public examination results achieved by Leweston’s GCSE and Sixth Form pupils have been recognised in the School League Tables published by the Department of Families and Education on Thursday 26th January.
The league tables place Leweston as one of the top two schools in Dorset and Somerset for both its GCSE and AS/A Level performance. Leweston’s Sixth Formers produced an average UCAS point score of 914.4 per student, the equivalent of well over three A grades per pupil and 90% of all GCSE examinations were passed at grades A* – B. Both the 2011 GCSE and A Level results were a record for Leweston.
