Anglican Confirmations

Leweston's Anglican Confirmation (the first time we have had one of ‘our own') took place on Saturday, April 26th 2008 at 11am in Sherborne Abbey, celebrated by the Bishop of Sherborne.  There were 24 candidates present; their preparation was in the hands of Canon Eric Woods, Vicar of Sherborne and our Honorary Anglican Chaplain, who kindly made all the arrangements for us and who held regular preparatory classes with the candidates in advance of their confirmation.
