Miss Robinson, our Art and Design Teacher, has been busy making sets of scrubs for The Yeatman Hospital and was made a Team Leader to coordinate other local sewers.

Miss Robinson’s Mother, who retired as a Leweston teacher in 2016, also contributed making laundry bags for scrubs and headbands to alleviate NHS workers’ discomfort caused from wearing masks for long periods of time. Made from materials donated by our Art & Design Department, these items have been given to the Yeatman and Yeovil hospitals.

Meanwhile, Arthur R, Year 3, and his family have been very busy helping to make PPE visors for local healthcare providers!

Thank you to them all for putting their hard work and time into supporting our fantastic key workers.
