Year 13 geographers were thrilled to be out in the field again this week for the first time since March. They undertook a variety of practice field work techniques in preparation for the Non-Examined Assessment part of the course. The students visited local sites; Studland, Swanage and Corfe Castle.
They then continued with their preparation with a morning spent in Poundbury looking at human geography fieldwork. In the afternoon they used our beautiful school grounds to explore the water and carbon cycle.
A big thank you to Barry from Geofieldwork Ltd for leading both days.
