We are pleased to announce that all students who have completed the inaugural Leith’s Certificate in Food and Wine have been awarded a Distinction as their final mark.
Over the past two years, they have created an impressive portfolio of work including timed plans, personal projects, cookery at home and menu plans.
They have had impeccable attendance and effort in their lessons and have dedicated themselves throughout to produce outstanding results. This includes incredible efforts during lockdown, where we continued to cook and teach via Teams to ensure their skills and theory understanding were not lost.
We are so proud of each student and their achievements and wish them every success in the next stages of their culinary journeys.
