Leweston Nursery have enjoyed a fun-filled day of fancy-dress and play to fundraise for the NSPCC as part of their Childhood Day.

Each group took it in turns rotating around the rooms to take part in a variety of different activities including an obstacle course, a soft play area, a sensory dark area and lastly a messy play room. As the NSPCC say ‘Play is an important part of childhood – and after the year we’ve had, we could all do with a bit more of it!’ and we couldn’t agree more!

We hope the donations raised help to give lots of other children the opportunity to enjoy play days like the one our Nursery children have experienced today.
