Congratulations to our Sixth Form students who received their results this morning. It was, once again, an unusual year and their success is a testament to the hard work and perseverance they have demonstrated over the past few months, as well as the outstanding support from staff and parents.

We are delighted that over 95% of the Year of ’21 will be going on to their first choice university with half of them continuing their studies within the Russell Group and many going on to other top universities. The wide range of courses chosen reflects the year groups’ different ambitions and Leweston’s focus on the promoting individual passions. The students will be going on to read Veterinary Science, Medicine, Philosophy, History, Electrical Engineering, Modern Languages and Retail Estate Management to name only a few.

Headmaster, Mr John Paget-Tomlinson, said “We are incredibly proud of our Year 13 who have worked tirelessly throughout the last two years’ challenges and disruptions, achieving an impressive set of A Level and BTEC results. We are confident that they are ready to take on the next stage of education, life and work beyond Leweston and that our academic and extra-curricular opportunities have contributed to the well-rounded, young adults they have become.

Congratulations to all of 2021 leavers, the entire Leweston community would like to wish you the very best for your future.
