Wrap Around Care
The Prep and Senior School both offer free wraparound care from 8.00am to 6.00pm to support busy and working parents and provide peace of mind.
Prep After School Care
After-school care begins at 4.30pm and runs until 6.00pm. Pupils who have not been collected when school finishes at 4.20pm are provided with a savoury snack before moving on to clubs, activities or settling down to complete homework under the supervision of staff. For Pre-Prep pupils there is a daily after-school club in the Padua Hall.
The optional activities list is shared on a termly basis so children can choose their own programme, however it is not necessary to pre-book either the Pre-Club club or supervised Prep. Pupils can inform their class teacher during morning registration if they will be staying. You can also contact the school during the day to inform the office that your child needs to stay. The school minibuses depart at 6.00pm Monday to Thursday to allow pupils to take part in activities or to finish their homework. It is possible to stay past 6.00pm with notice, pupils are then accompanied to the Dining Room where they can have supper at 6.30pm for a small charge.
Senior School After School Care
All senior pupils are welcome to stay at the end of the school day at 4.20pm. There is tea in the Dining Room until 4.45pm after which pupils can participate in either optional activities or supervised prep in the school library. Supper is available at 6.45pm for a small charge. Pupils should inform their tutors in morning registration what time they are expecting to depart. As with the Prep, school minibuses depart at 6.00pm.
Pupils in both the Prep and Senior schools can attend breakfast club at 7.30am in the Dining Hall eating alongside the boarders and boarding staff. There is a charge of £3.50 per day. Prep pupils will then be escorted to their registration at 8.00am by a member of staff.
