Badminton Horse Trials Coach Trip

We are pleased to be able to offer you, your friends and family the opportunity to join a coach day trip to Badminton Horse Trials for the world-famous ‘Cross Country Day’ on Sunday 7 May 2023.
The coach will leave Leweston main car park at 07:30 (there is ample space at the school to leave your vehicle for the day), we expect to be back at approximately 19:30, leaving Badminton at 17:30.
Leweston students from Reception to Year 8 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who will have responsibility for them throughout the whole day. Leweston students in Year 9 and above are welcome to come independently with their friends and will be the responsibility of Mrs Roberts, who is organising the trip.
Anyone attending from outside Leweston, or any students under 13 years old, must be accompanied by an adult. The adult must also book a ticket for themselves. All bookings include coach return trip with Leweston School.
There is free admission to the horse trials for students who are under 13 years old, but they must still buy a coach seat.
Ticket prices including coach and admission ticket
Adult and 13+ years – £61.00 per head (Coach and early bird entry fee)
12 years and under – £18 per head (Coach seat, admission free)
Last date for booking is 02 February 2023.
We have limited seats and tickets which will be sold on a first come basis.
