Leweston Holiday Club

Bookings should be made solely from Leweston’s booking platforms (which can be accessed through the website and original content on our social media platforms). Places are non-transferable between parties. Anyone who attempts to access an event or facility with a ticket not in their name will be refused entry.  

A minimum of 14 days notice is required to cancel a booking. All monies paid will be refunded less the equivalent of £10 per day cancellation fee. In the case of cancellations with less than 14 days notice, we regret that no refund is available except in the case of injury/illness which has been certified in writing by a registered medical practitioner accompanied by a letter to the school.

Children must be able to swim at least one length in the pool unaided to be able to participate in the fun swim session.

All children in our care are covered by our Public Liability Insurance.

In the event of an accident, first aid will be administered to children in our care, and the emergency services will be called if necessary.

If, on the rare occasion that a child proves incompatible with the general well-being of the group e.g. bullying, disruptive or aggressive behaviour, the school reserves the right to exclude such children. No refund will be made for any remaining days booked and any costs associated with the exclusion, including transport home, will be the parent’s responsibility.

Leweston operates under the Data Protection Act 1998. Your child’s image may be captured at facilities where CCTV cameras are in operation. Photo permission will be requested at time of booking and your stated wishes adhered to.
