Pupils in the Prep School are welcome to board from Prep 4 or age 8. We offer a flexible range of options including Full, Weekly, Flexi and B&B. Whatever your family needs we can provide a package which works for you. The boarding community at Leweston is like one big family which offers children a home from home no matter how many nights they are staying with us.
Prep pupils join either Martha House (girls) or Antony House (boys). Mrs Ovey and Mr Cannon, the Houseparents, live in the Houses and are there to give the younger boarders the care they need. Working alongside them are Mr Purchase and Miss Robinson. All of them teach in the school so will already be familiar faces. There is also the team in the Well-Being Hub and the Boarding Florins, academic members of staff who spend time in boarding during the week.
There are lots of reasons to join boarding in the Prep and with a wide range of after-school and weekend activities the boarders are always busy. There is also the opportunity to relax in the dormitories, play games, watch television or just enjoy some free time. During the summer months the boarders can also play in the grounds or on the go-karts.
