Early Years Foundation Stage
Music
Our music sessions, led by the Head of Music and Performing Arts, invite children to explore a range of instruments while developing their sense of rhythm and pitch through lively songs and engaging activities, all within our state-of-the-art music department.
Swimming
Guided by expert coaches, our swimming lessons develop water confidence and core movement skills in a supportive, enjoyable environment. Children learn essential techniques through a balance of structured teaching and playful games, with small groups ensuring plenty of individual attention and time to grow comfortable and happy in the water.
P.E.
Our Physical Education sessions, led by our Head of Prep Physical Education, build fundamental movement skills through early ball games and gymnastics to strengthen coordination, make full use of our extensive school sporting facilities, and nurture a lifelong enjoyment of being active.
Forest School
In our enchanting woodland, children enjoy hands-on learning and problem-solving as they explore nature through guided outdoor activities, develop teamwork and creative thinking, and thrive under the guidance of a qualified Forest School leader.
Languages
Our weekly language lessons, led by our Head of Prep, introduce children to French or Spanish through interactive activities where songs, games, and stories make learning enjoyable and help to build strong early linguistic awareness.
Cookery
In our dedicated kitchen, cookery sessions invite children as young as 1.5 years to experiment with baking, giving them hands-on experience with ingredients and recipes that sparks curiosity, nurtures creativity, and builds confidence through food.
These activities are included in our daily fees.
Additionally, we offer Ballet/Dance and Rugby Tots as optional extras, providing further opportunities for imaginative and physical development.
