Fees are payable on or by the first day of term. Extras are invoiced on a termly basis in arrears. Fees can be paid by BACS, cheque or monthly direct debit, which spreads the cost of tuition fees across either 9 or 12 months with no interest or charges. The School offers a 2% discount for annual payments providing that the payment is made prior to the Autumn Term bill being issued. Annual payments made after this point will have the 2% discount applied to the Spring and Summer terms only.

In recognition of our commitment to being a family school, families with more than one child attending Leweston at the same time can access the following discounts on the current day fees:

For two children attending Leweston, the second child receives 5% discount.
For three children attending, the third child receives 10% and the second child receives 5% discount.
For four children attending the fourth child receives 15%, the third receives 10% and the second child receives 5% discount.

Please note the sibling discount commences when the second child joins Year One.

Bursaries

Our bursaries are for pupils who will thrive at Leweston but whose family circumstances mean the school fees are otherwise unaffordable.

A bursary is means tested reduction in fees.  Bursary awards can take many forms but are typically worth between 10-20% of the current day fees, this can rise to as much as 40% in exceptional circumstances. For the programme to be truly effective and to help as many families as possible it is expected that parents will make their children’s education a financial priority, with both parents in work before an application is made. All bursaries are subject to annual review and pupils must be registered to make an application.

The Bursary team are ready to support parents with their application and if you would to speak to our Bursar for more advice please contact Mrs Hamnett his secretary on 01963 210765.

If you need assistance beyond which the school can provide you also can contact the Educational Grants Advice Service for grants information and advice on  01932 865619 from 9am-11am, Monday – Friday or visit the Educational Trusts Forum.

The process for applying for financial assistance is distinct to every school but our Financial Assistance booklet is designed to offer some general advice about navigating the payment of fees and bursary system. Please complete the form to download your free copy.
